Coolin Off

After the heat of the sun we decided it would be best to cool off. So Mi Maw and Papaw and the gang headed for the pool. Mr. Donovan was wiped out after all the fun we had. Snuggling up next to Papaw.

The Hottest Day Of The Year So Far

The hottest day of the year a 110 degrees. And what do we decide to do we go to the batting cages. At swing around fun town.We had a good time though.

Rachelle had a super time and she loves to dance. We want to thank everyone that was there to enjoy her recital with us it is such a joy to see Rachelle dance and the smile on her face. Rachelle is looking forward to going back to dance in the fall. She can't wait!!

Summer Days

Yesterday we hosted a Hot Dog Party from House Party
We had a blast with all of our friends, the kids had a blast with all the hot dogs good food, and water fun what a blast.

Birthday Parties

Saturday after noon Birthday Party #1. Donovan's best friend Collin. These two are attached at the hip. Collins 4th Birthday. They ran together the whole day and had such a blast with each other and the best part is, they live right across the street.









































Sunday Evening Birthday Party #2 of the weekend. Bowling Party Thomas one of our good friends son.Fun times. Donovan loves to bowl he get so into it, it is so funny to watch. We had a really good time watching the kids bowl.

Color Changing Cars

Saturday morning Donovan decided that he wanted to go outside and play with his color changing cars we could not get him out of his jammies. But he loves them the best toy invented for a boy he is entertained for hours. He thinks it is the coolest thing that they can go form one color to the next with cold or warm water.

Rainy Day

Today was a rainy day. So we decided to go ice skating with the kids. Rachelle has been wanting to go for along time now,and they were not to happy that they could not go to the pool. We got to the rink and Rachelle's eyes lit up once we got the skates on her and she saw how big the ice rink was. And Donovan Mr. No fear was encouraging his sister to get on the ice and skate he said to her " Sissy pursh to the left and then pursh to the right" pursh (push) is Donovan's way of saying it. They both were making Pat and I laugh so hard. There were a couple of times where we were laughing so hard we almost fell.


























Rachelle's first time on the ice. She did a great job she had quite a few falls but she always got up and tried again. She didn't give up. That's my girl. She had a really good time,learning how to skate.

Donovan wanted to race. To cute. I can remember when he first tried to skate and got so frustrated. Now he just takes off it is just amazing to watch. I love every minute of it. And the best thing about it is that he truly enjoys skating and being on the ice.




Both the kids where worn out when we left. They took a nap in the car on the way home. When we got home we made dinner and had family game night we played the I Spy Puzzle Game. We had a great time and the puzzles we a little harder than what we thought they would be.

All in all we had a great weekend and family fun. I wish we could enjoy more weekends like this one.
