The St. Louis Zoo

What great weather here today not to hot and not to cool. What an enjoyable Day.

Looking at all the animals. Still just love this zoo. It is so neat that myself as a kid went to this zoo. And now the kids are able to enjoy it to. 

So many animals out today the kids just loved it.

 

All the animals where very active today. What a good day enjoying the outdoors and the animals. The smiles of the kids exploring new animals and listen to the noises that they make. Asking questions and really getting into the animals.Great times make great memories. And the best part was they enjoyed it.

Rachelle learned how to ride her bike without training wheels. She is doing a great job. We are so proud of her.

Suson Park

We went to Susan park this morning attempted to go fishing. They didn’t bite this morning so after an hour we decided to go to the petting zoo and park. They burned off some energy.

Then off to the playground. Man the kids love to climb.

More playground fun. These where seats that spun. A lot of fun. Round and round they go,where they will stop nobody knows.

Then we where off again to a very unique place called Tandy Leather.  Where you can buy anything leather. Are friends Eric and Kristy went with us well they have free classes for the kids to learn how to stamp leather. They had an absolute blast learning something new. It makes a lot of noise so you know they love that.

You had to wet the leather then take a metal stamp and hammer the stamp into the leather. 

We had a wonderful time this morning. Then off to the house to play outside.

Then off to his favorite thing in the world. Hockey anyway he can do it, he will.

And he always has to wear the helmet. We don’t even tell him to. Enjoyable evening on Wednesday after work. A tv free evening always a good thing.

Gag Gift For A Soon To Be Dad

We made a diaper cake for our best friend Becky. Well the guys had a idea I took to reality. A diaper duty tool belt. It was the hit of the baby shower. Everyone thought it was great.

 

Complete with diapers,wipes for daddy and Baby,goggles for those unexpected moments, mask for those stinky jobs, tongs for the removal of the bad diapers, baby powder, diaper bags to throw away diapers,destine, little rattles to keep the baby occupied with getting diaper changed. To fun!!

Nickleback Concert

Four great bands Papa Roach,Hinder,Saving Able, and Nickleback. What a killer show. Have heard the review of this tour and told it was great. Man than was an understatement.
