Saturday we went to the Cardinals Game. Donovan got to bring a friend Colin to his very first game. Getting ready to go into the stadium.
Pat being the sweet guy that he is gave up his ticket so Colin could go to his first game with his Mom. So it was a Mother Son day and we would not trade it for the world.

After the 7th inning went went to go stand in line to go run the bases. Waiting to run the bases.
Low in behold while waiting to go run the bases Fred Bird comes out and jokes around with the kids. Such a fun experience.

So we decided to call it a night. Unfortunately we didn’t get to run the bases but we had a blast at the game, and getting to play with Fred Bird.One last picture before we go!!
We got home and the game was still going. It went to the 20th inning.The game included 19 pitchers and lasted 6 hours, 53 minutes. Wow what a game. We had so much fun Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for a wonderful experience.Donovan and I got to spend some good quality Mom and Son time at one of our favorite things BASEBALL. Well the CARDINALS!!!
