Sunny Day

This weekend the kids and I went to the Zoo and Grant’s Farm,

we took advantaged of the beautiful weather it was an 84 degree day in October.

Before we went to the Zoo we enjoyed the water a bit.

Insects and Butterfly's 

 

 

Worker ants this was so cool to watch, the ants actually cut the leaves off the vines

and carried them to another spot.

They don’t eat them they wait for a fungus to grow and the fungus is what they eat.

To the Elephants

 

We stood here watching the elephants for probably 30 minutes.

Looking at the baby elephant playing in the water and

splashing it was so fun to watch him swim and splash in the water.
